Career Panels – “Careers in Commercial Real Estate”  UCREW/University outreach comes to your school to host a panel on “Careers in Commercial Real Estate”.   Typically we have between 5 to 7 CREW members who represent various occupations on a real estate project team:  financial analyst, lender, developer, property manager, asset manager, leasing broker, title agent, real estate attorney, construction project manager, and more.  Discussed are the vital roles each of these members contributes to the success of a commercial real estate property.  What is a typical day?  What skill sets are necessary to do this job?  What courses are helpful from college?  What is an expected career path?  What can I expect to earn my first year out of college (5 year then 10 years)?  And more…..
