History – The CREW Dallas Associate membership developed from what was formally known as CREW Link (“Link”). The Link meetings started as informal meetings of young real estate professionals who had not yet met the 5 years of real estate experience requirement to join CREW Dallas so they chose  to form  their own sub-group. CREW Dallas  began a formal Associate membership level because they realized that the importance of  welcoming and developing the future generation of CREW. Many CREW members have been members for a large part of  their  career and  recognize that it is important for those of you who are just starting out in real estate to have a network within the industry that will support and encourage you early in your career.

Qualifications – Anyone who is currently in a primary or secondary field of real estate with less than 5 years of real estate experience is qualified. See definitions for primary and secondary fields.

Application Process – It’s simple! Complete the CREW application which asks for basic information such as your current and past work positions, four references and two sponsors. If you are in need of sponsors, please contact the CREW Dallas office and they would be happy to find two individuals to sponsor you.

Benefits – The Associate member receives the majority of the benefits that a Full member receives – discounted pricing on luncheons, invitation to all the major CREW events, access to the CREW Dallas database.

Costs - $275 for an annual membership.
